Sales Account Manager

TATIOSA is looking for a proactive, energetic, and smart individual to fill the position of Sales Account Manager (Full-Time) and become an essential part of our growing team.
This role is ideal for a persuasive and relentless professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell PMS (Property Management System) software packages and Hotel Sales Management services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate consistent revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend off-site meetings and travel as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
- Plan and implement CRM strategies to retain customers, increase brand loyalty, and strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in strategic sales planning aligned with company goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by company needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with PMS software and hotel sales management is a plus.
- Highly goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of English or Russian is a plus.
Compensation & Evaluation:
- Base Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and aligned with KPI targets.
- Performance Bonus: A quarterly performance-based bonus is provided following an evaluation every 3 months.
- Introductory Period: Includes a 5-day unpaid introductory period, during which the candidate will become familiar with the company’s operations, team, and product offerings. Upon successful completion and mutual agreement, a formal employment contract will be signed.
- Shareholder Opportunity: Permanent shareholder status is granted upon reaching the assigned Shareholder KPI.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Additional Information:
- Off-site work and travel are expected. Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
- Candidates with a background in hospitality (hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
- KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals are set and must be met by the end of each month.
